Dr Fariborz Raisdana of Iranian Writers’ Association and Center of Defenders of Workers’ Rights is arrested at home in Tehran.
26 December
No court hearing for Reza Shahabi held. His lawyer did not receive the file from the authorities on time.
29 December
According to the web news from Syndicate Vahed, Morteza Komsari and Aliakbar Nazariis are released on bail. http://www.syndicavahed.biz/

Mansour Osanloo is transferred to a solitary confinement at Rajai Shahr Prison.

Behnam (Asad) Ebrahimzadeh of Follow-Up Committee to Set Up Free Labour Organisation is sentenced for 20 years imprisonment.
6 January
Reza Shahabi’s spouse is allowed to meet him. Shahabi is recovering from his hunger strike which he stopped on 20 December.
